Our water problems start 3 months after closing on our brand new Heartland Homes custom home. We reported our water problems immediately to our custom home builder. Click to view emails stating our Wet Basement remedy to begin in a few weeks almost two months after we reported our water problems. Heartland Homes email January 21, 2005 (almost 1 year after closing on our custom home by Heartland Homes), email states We will Continue To Work Towards A Solution. June 29 2005 after we file our Heartland Homes complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and after Marty Gillespie of Heartland Homes visits our home to see our water problems; We are currently working with Mr. Romesburg to remedy these issues…

We met with Mr. Romesburg and discussed solutions for his door and wet basement problems. We are currently working with Mr. Romesburg to remedy these issues. This letter from Heartland Homes is dated June 29 2005 and shortly after Marty Gillespie of Heartland Homes visited our home.

May 2004 is when the water problems started with our Heartland Home. We reported our water problems to our custom home builder in May 2004 and throughout (please see our website for details regarding the emails and photos we sent to Heartland Homes). May 2005 we sent a certified letter to Heartland Homes founder Alan Gillespie and to Marty Gillespie of Heartland Homes. In June 2005 we filed a Heartland Homes complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). June 2005 Marty Gillespie of Heartland Homes comes to visit our home.
